We are looking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to support an enterprise‑level CRM and portal solution. The role focuses on continuous development, integrations and customization of a large, highly automated system. German is a mandatory requirement.

• German is a mandatory requirement.
• Development and customization of MS Dynamics 365 On‑Premise components, including workflows, plugins, services and USD.
• Implementation of new features using C# and JavaScript, covering both business logic and integration layers.
• Enhancement and maintenance of customer‑facing web portals built on ASP.NET MVC, using HTML5, jQuery, SCSS/CSS.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and optimizing existing CRM configurations and custom code.
• Designing and documenting technical concepts, solution approaches and implementation plans.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to clarify functional requirements and technical details.
• Further development and stabilization of CRM components, backend integrations and system interfaces.
• Execution of unit, integration and system tests as part of the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365 On‑Premise development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript (CRM extensions, plugins, custom scripts).
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, HTML5, SCSS/CSS for portal development.
• Experience with integrations and backend system connectivity (APIs, services, document generation, OCR).
• Ability to analyze, debug and optimize complex CRM solutions.
• Several years of experience in software development within a complex environment.
• Ability to work independently, clarify requirements and propose solutions.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and implementation concepts,
