We are looking for a Salesforce Data Consultant to support data migration into Salesforce (Sales Cloud) from legacy systems, focusing on data mapping, cleansing, validation, and smooth deployment support.

Job description

• Execute data migration tasks from external/legacy systems into Salesforce.
• Analyze source data extracts and support definition of mapping and transformation rules.
• Prepare and run data loads (test loads, incremental loads, final cutover load).
• Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, normalization, and quality checks.
• Validate migrated data in Salesforce and resolve data issues with stakeholders/technical team.
• Support Salesforce configuration and customization to align with business needs (fields, page layouts, validation rules, basic automation as needed).
• Support SIT/UAT by preparing test data and helping troubleshoot data-related defects.
• Maintain migration documentation (mapping sheets, load logs, data quality reports).

Requirements

Must-have

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience, ideally with Sales Cloud.
• Practical experience with data migration into Salesforce (CSV/imports/ETL processes).
• Good knowledge of Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships).
• Experience with data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Slovak or Czech (fluent) + English B2 or higher.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work with large datasets.

Nice-to-have

• Hands-on with Data Loader / Data Import Wizard and basic SOQL.
• Experience with duplicate rules, matching rules, and data quality practices.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Language skills

English: very good working proficiency (B2+)

Slovak/Czech: native or very good working proficiency
