We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Consultant to own end-to-end delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, drive solution design, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure best practices, governance, and successful user adoption.
Job description
- Own end-to-end delivery for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects: discovery, design, build coordination, testing, go-live.
- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solution designs across Sales and Service processes.
- Design Salesforce architecture approach (data model, security, automation, reporting) with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
- Guide and review configuration/customization: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, permission sets.
- Define Service Cloud setup concepts: case management, queues, assignment rules, escalations, service console, knowledge (if applicable), entitlements/SLAs (if applicable).
- Manage stakeholders: scope alignment, expectations, risks, decision-making, and delivery governance.
- Coordinate across teams (business, developers, admins, QA) and ensure delivery milestones and quality standards.
- Oversee data migration approach and cutover planning (in cooperation with data resources).
- Support UAT strategy, training/adoption inputs, and go-live readiness.

Requirements
Must-have
- ~4+ years of Salesforce experience with strong with strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven track record leading Salesforce implementations or major workstreams (solution design + delivery coordination).
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud processes (Lead-to-Opportunity, pipeline, forecasting, activities).
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud processes (case lifecycle, routing/queues, assignment/escalations, service console).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with integrations and multi-system process design.
- Experience with delivery leadership (planning, risk/issue management, coordination).
- Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Admin/Advanced Admin).
The position is suitable for candidates with education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Slovak/Czech: native or very good working proficiency
