Client-facing MS Dynamics 365 Consultant (Sales) responsible for requirements workshops, solution design and configuration in Dataverse, including Lead-to-Opportunity pipeline (BPF), security model, Power Automate automation, integrations coordination, data governance, and go-live support.




Job description


  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops for Sales/CRM processes (Lead-to-Opportunity, pipeline, quoting)
  • Design and implementation of Business Process Flows (BPF) and standardized sales stages across teams/regions
  • Configuration and customization of Dataverse/Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles)
  • Dataverse data model design (tables, relationships, choices) for Sales solution (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Order)
  • Security model setup using Business Units, security roles, access teams / ownership concepts for visibility and governance
  • Creation and optimization of workflows and Power Automate flows (task automation, stage-based actions, monitoring/retries)
  • Solution lifecycle management across Dev/Test/Prod using managed solutions, release/deployment coordination
  • Data quality, duplicate management and governance (mandatory fields, formats, ownership, cleanup) + UAT/go-live/post-go-live support

Requirements


  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, ideally Dynamics 365 Sales (lead, opportunity, quote/order processes)
  • Strong client-facing consulting skills: requirement gathering, workshops, stakeholder communication, solution design documentation
  • Experience with sales process standardization and Business Process Flows (BPF) implementation
  • Practical configuration/customization of Dynamics 365: tables/entities, forms, views, business rules, choices, relationships
  • Solid understanding of security model (business units, security roles, ownership/access concepts)
  • Experience with Power Automate / workflow automation, including troubleshooting and monitoring
  • Basic ALM discipline: solutions structure, deployments across Dev/Test/Prod, release coordination
  • Data quality & governance mindset (mandatory fields, validation rules, duplicates, clean CRM data)
