We’re looking for a Platform Integration Specialist to help design and own API‑based integrations across enterprise systems in a global environment. The role is remote, hands‑on in integration design and governance, with close collaboration across engineering and product teams.

Job description

• Design and implement integration solutions to connect internal platforms with external providers.
• Own integrations end‑to‑end: specifications, design guidance, architectural decisions, testing, and go‑live support.
• Align integration landscapes with enterprise standards and long‑term platform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Monitor and analyze integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize integration flows.
• Document integration flows, architectural decisions, and technical processes clearly and consistently.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance considerations into all integration activities

Requirements

• Strong experience with the MuleSoft integration platform (certification is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts, API management, and modern integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP integrations or event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and automated testing practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, API test suites).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API governance (versioning, policies, security) and API documentation standards.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools for integrations (logs, KPIs, alerts).
• Understanding of enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
