We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to support enterprise‑level ERP implementations in an international environment. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality Dynamics 365 F&O solutions aligned with business needs, covering the full project lifecycle.

Job description

• Lead and support enterprise‑level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing ERP and Dynamics best‑practice guidance
• Design functional solutions covering Finance and Operations processes
• Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules and support functional customizations where required
• Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and extension development
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with key stakeholders across business areas
• Support testing activities including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Contribute to end‑user training and enablement activities
• Provide post‑go‑live support and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, specifications, and test scenarios
• Work in an international, nearshore or distributed delivery environment

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Solid understanding of finance and/or operational ERP processes
• Experience with functional analysis, solution design, and configuration
• Knowledge of integrations and data migration concepts
• Experience with asset‑centric business processes is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) is a plus
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience working with cloud‑based enterprise solutions
• Background in asset‑intensive or technology‑driven industries is considered beneficial

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
