We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and ERP implementation projects.

The role focuses on analysing and designing end-to-end business processes, translating business needs into functional solutions, and supporting the successful implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, solution architects, developers, and other IT specialists throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

• Perform fit-gap analysis against standard D365 functionality.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Support functional design and configuration decisions.
• Validate system behaviour and business processes.
• Prepare and support UAT and functional testing.
• Define test scenarios and validate end-to-end processes.
• Support integration, migration, and cutover activities.
• Document requirements, processes, and business rules.
• Drive topics from initial requirements to implemented solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with ERP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Good understanding of ERP processes, system configuration, integrations, and dependencies.
• Experience with D365 F&O areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Asset Management, or Project Operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / CRM is an advantage.
• Ability to lead workshops and interviews with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Experience with process modelling and end-to-end process design.
• BPMN or a similar methodology is an advantage.
• Experience with fit-gap analysis and standard D365 functionality.
• Experience working with solution architects, developers, and integration teams.
• Experience with UAT, functional testing, and end-to-end validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Experience in asset-heavy, logistics, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, or similar environments is an advantage.
• Experience with asset lifecycle processes is an advantage.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Azure integrations, or the wider Microsoft ecosystem is an advantage.
• Experience with international or multi-entity D365 implementations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
