We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Lead Engineer for an ongoing international project.

The role is focused on hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development, production support and integration work. The consultant will take ownership of existing CE functionality, support integration flows between Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, investigate and fix bugs, prepare releases, support production deployments and cooperate closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

We are looking for a senior hands-on profile who can join an existing project landscape, understand the current solution, communicate with business users and technical teams, and independently drive assigned development, support and integration tasks.

Job description

• Take technical ownership of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development and support activities.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE functionality, including C# plugins, JavaScript / TypeScript customizations, Power Platform components and configuration changes.
• Support integration streams between Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including integration design, development, testing, refinement and release preparation.
• Work on business-critical integration flows related to customer, asset, delivery and operational data.
• Investigate, fix and close production bugs, support tickets and configuration-related issues.
• Support testing, validation and troubleshooting of related operational and integration processes.
• Prepare changes for release, support production deployments and assist with post-release validation.
• Work with Azure-based integration components such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and REST APIs.
• Review and understand existing codebase, pipelines, environments and solution architecture.
• Support migration from old to new business processes within the existing CE landscape.
• Cooperate with business users, product owners, functional consultants, Finance & Operations teams and other developers.
• Participate in meetings, sprint reviews, demos, refinement sessions and release alignment discussions.
• Document technical findings, solution decisions and handover information where needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development.
• Strong experience with C# / .NET plugin development, JavaScript / TypeScript and Dataverse customizations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service.
• -Practical experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure-based integrations, especially Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and REST APIs.
• Practical experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or strong experience with comparable CE-to-enterprise-system integration scenarios.
• Ability to work on integration development, integration testing, release preparation and production support.
• Experience with support tickets, bug investigation, bug fixing, configuration changes and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, release support and structured development practices.
• Ability to understand existing codebase, technical dependencies, pipelines and integration flows.
• Ability to take over an existing project landscape and continue ongoing development and integration work mid-stream.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams and distributed delivery teams.
• Very good English communication skills.
