Short description

We are looking for several Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultants with different areas of specialization to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.

The roles may focus on one or more areas such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Retail/Commerce, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Reporting, integrations, data migration or business process improvement.



Job description


  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
  • Lead or support workshops with business users across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Retail/Commerce, Reporting or related areas.
  • Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 F&O modules based on business needs and best practices.
  • Support end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory-to-Deliver, Record-to-Report or related operational flows.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios and user documentation.
  • Work with technical teams on customizations, integrations, data migration and system improvements.
  • Support UAT, defect resolution, user training, go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Analyse incidents, support tickets and change requests in live operational environments.
  • Assess business impact, risks and dependencies before proposing system or process changes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Process Owners, IT, developers and testers in agile or semi-agile delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement of business processes, reporting, controls and user adoption.
  • Communicate clearly with business stakeholders, manage expectations and provide practical recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a functional consultant.
  • Specialization in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Retail/Commerce, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Reporting, integrations or data migration.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes and their cross-module impact.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration and functional documentation.
  • Experience with testing, UAT support, user training, go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Ability to analyse production issues, distinguish user/process/setup/data/system issues and propose safe next steps.
  • Experience working with business users, IT teams, developers, testers and external vendors.
  • Understanding of change request management, impact assessment and release readiness in live environments.
  • Experience with agile or semi-agile delivery is an advantage.
  • Power Platform, integrations, reporting or data migration experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
  • English: very good working proficiency.
