Short description

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers to support a large enterprise transformation programme. The role focuses on building and operating AI solutions directly within delivery squads, including agents, automations, scripts and integrations.

The AI Engineers will also support requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, coding and testing, while helping the teams establish AI as a standard way of working.

Job description

• Build and operate AI solutions within delivery squads.
• Develop AI agents, automations, scripts and integrations.
• Use AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, coding and testing.
• Improve automation levels and delivery velocity.
• Support squads in adopting AI-first working methods.
• Define and establish practical guidelines and best practices for using AI.
• Enable teams to work independently with AI solutions after handover.
• Assess appropriate AI use cases, limitations and risks.
• Contribute hands-on to implementation, testing and delivery.
• 20% onsite in German | 80% Home office

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional environment.
• Practical experience with Copilots, LLMs, Claude Code or comparable code assistants.
• Experience using AI for:
• requirements analysis,
• documentation,
• solution design,
• coding,
• testing.
• Good understanding of the limitations, risks and appropriate use cases of AI.
• Ability to work hands-on within a delivery squad.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• German is an advantage.
