Short description

We are looking for a Senior ForgeRock Developer with strong hands-on experience in ForgeRock Identity Platform, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).

The role focuses on designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining secure identity solutions, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and integrations with enterprise applications and services.

You will work closely with IAM architects, security specialists, DevOps engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders throughout the full development and delivery lifecycle.

Job description

• Design, develop, and configure ForgeRock-based IAM and CIAM solutions.
• Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Develop and customize ForgeRock journeys, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
• Integrate ForgeRock with enterprise applications, APIs, directories, and security services.
• Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and the resolution of production incidents.
• Contribute to technical documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with architects, security specialists, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in an agile delivery model and DevOps-oriented ways of working.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock, preferably ForgeRock Identity Platform.
• Strong experience in IAM, CIAM, authentication, and authorization.
• Solid Java development skills.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and directory services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed international team.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in telecommunications or other large enterprise environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and public cloud platforms.
• ForgeRock certifications.
• German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
