Job description

• Analyzing customer requirements and proposing effective solutions for assigned projects

• Implementing, configuring, and optimizing CRM systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and others

• Working in a team on projects focused on integrating artificial intelligence into CRM processes

• Communicating with clients, leading workshops, presenting proposals, gathering and validating requirements, conducting training

• Organizing and coordinating your tasks within projects

• Occasional travel for projects in Slovakia and abroad (Germany, Austria, USA, UK, Ireland, UAE)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in CRM (implementation, configuration, support) or AI

• Interest and willingness to work with AI technologies (experience is a plus, we are happy to train)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in customer communication – analyzing requirements and proposing solutions

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to propose effective solutions

• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate

• Ability to effectively plan and organize your work

• Willingness to travel according to project needs
