We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead a complex transformation initiative focused on replacing a legacy core platform with a modern cloud-based solution, including the redesign of critical integrations and coordination of migration activities across multiple business and IT domains. This role requires strong experience in enterprise transformation, multi-vendor delivery, and managing high-impact system changes with significant operational dependency.

Job description

• Design and implement integration solutions to connect internal platforms with external providers.
• Own integrations end‑to‑end: specifications, design guidance, architectural decisions, testing, and go‑live support.
• Align integration landscapes with enterprise standards and long‑term platform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Monitor and analyze integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize integration flows.
• Document integration flows, architectural decisions, and technical processes clearly and consistently.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance considerations into all integration activities

Requirements

Must have

• at least 8 years of experience managing large transformation programs, core system migrations, or SaaS implementations
• proven track record in complex multi-system integration programs with multiple dependencies
• strong experience delivering enterprise IT transformation in larger organizations
• experience leading cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors
• strong knowledge of project and program management, governance, and stakeholder management
• experience with operational readiness, cutover planning, and migration from legacy to target solutions
• hands-on exposure to API-driven integrations, middleware, message brokers, or event-driven architecture
• ability to manage delivery in a highly complex and business-critical environment

Nice to Have

• experience in regulated or technically complex industries such as energy / utilities, mobility, telecom, payments, IoT-heavy environments
• familiarity with real-time communication protocols or highly integrated platform environments
• experience with CRM / ERP integrations
• understanding of billing processes, settlement flows, and cross-system data exchanges
• experience with partnership-oriented or vendor-driven delivery models

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
