We are looking for a senior Business Analyst / Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics, specifically in Finance & Operations and Sales (CRM). The role combines business analysis, workshop facilitation, process design, and practical system involvement, including ad-hoc testing, configuration support, and collaboration across business and IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a dynamic environment, can structure complex topics, map business roles and processes, and propose scalable end-to-end improvements. Based on the attachment, the role also includes process modelling, cross-functional alignment, and support for testing and system-related change activities.

Job description

• Lead discussions and workshops with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, validate, and challenge requirements.
• Analyse business roles, responsibilities, and end-to-end processes across multiple teams.
• Design and optimise business process flows with focus on clarity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical and development teams.
• Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially around Finance & Operations and CRM/Sales-related processes.
• Support ad-hoc system activities such as testing, configuration input, process validation, and functional checks.
• Cooperate with technical teams on solution feasibility, system behaviour, integrations, and related dependencies.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities.
• Support UAT preparation, scenario definition, and end-to-end validation of processes.
• Document business rules, workflows, process dependencies, and proposed improvements.
• Bring structure to ambiguous topics and actively contribute wherever needed in a fast-moving delivery environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Solution Analyst / Functional Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, specifically: Finance & Operations and Sales module / CRM
• Ability to lead business interviews and workshops with senior and operational stakeholders. The attachment explicitly requires leading complex cross-functional workshops and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong experience in documenting business roles, requirements, and end-to-end process flows.
• Experience with process modelling and optimisation; BPMN or similar is a strong advantage. The attachment explicitly asks for excellent process modelling skills and end-to-end business process flow design.
• Willingness and capability to work in a hands-on way, including ad-hoc testing, configuration-related support, and practical system work.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify dependencies, and propose scalable improvements.
• Experience working between business and IT, including cooperation with technical teams on feasibility and implementation topics.
• Experience with UAT, test scenarios, and end-to-end validation.
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environment.
