We are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O / ERP Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. The role focuses on solution architecture, business process alignment, integrations, technical feasibility and close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants and development teams.

Job description

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable ERP solution designs across finance, operations, supply chain, integrations and reporting.
• Lead or support solution design workshops with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers and integration teams.
• Assess business requirements, identify gaps and propose suitable solutions using standard configuration, extensions, integrations or process changes.
• Define architectural principles, solution options, dependencies, risks and implementation approach.
• Support integration architecture between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party systems using Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, OData, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services and integration patterns.
• Review functional and technical designs to ensure consistency, scalability, maintainability and alignment with best practices.
• Support data migration, reporting, security, performance and environment-related topics from an architecture perspective.
• Provide guidance during implementation, testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to documentation, solution blueprints, architecture decisions and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture and implementation.
• Solid understanding of ERP business processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, project or reporting areas.
• Experience designing scalable D365 F&O solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solution concepts.
• Experience with integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems.
• Good understanding of Microsoft ecosystem technologies such as Dataverse, Power Platform, OData, REST APIs, Azure services or integration middleware.
• Experience working with functional consultants, developers, business analysts and enterprise architects.
• Strong knowledge of solution design, fit-gap analysis, customization assessment and implementation best practices.
• Ability to assess risks, dependencies and downstream impact across modules and systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style.
• English: very good working proficiency.
