Short description

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with at least 5 years of professional experience. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective Dynamics-based solutions and ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

For this role, knowledge and experience with Supply Chain and Project Accounting is required.

Job description

• Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization.
• Conduct business-process analysis and lead workshops with stakeholders across finance, operations, sales and other business areas.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Configure and, where required, customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migrations and extension development.
• Advise business stakeholders on ERP and Dynamics best practices.
• Support testing phases, including UAT, and coordinate user training activities.
• Provide post-go-live support, coaching and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, specifications and test plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Experience with finance and/or operational ERP processes.
• Knowledge and experience with Supply Chain and Project Accounting is required.
• Experience with functional design, configuration and customization.
• Experience with integrations and data migration.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Experience with the Asset Management module is an advantage.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) is a plus.
• Experience in fast-moving or technology-driven industries such as eMobility, energy or infrastructure is considered a strong plus.
