Short description

We are looking for a Senior PingAM & PingDS Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Ping Identity Access Management (PingAM), Ping Directory Services (PingDS), and enterprise IAM/CIAM solutions.

The role focuses on analysing, designing, developing, configuring, and supporting secure authentication, authorization, identity federation, and directory services across complex enterprise environments.

You will work closely with IAM architects, security specialists, application owners, developers, and operations teams to deliver reliable and scalable identity and access management solutions.

Job description

• Analyze business and technical requirements for IAM and CIAM solutions.
• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization architectures.
• Configure and develop solutions based on PingAM and PingDS.
• Implement integrations with applications, APIs, directories, and external identity providers.
• Configure authentication journeys, policies, identity stores, and access flows.
• Support identity federation using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Support operational teams in incident, problem, and change management.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical documentation, and security reviews.
• Collaborate with project teams, application owners, security teams, and operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Ping Identity products, particularly PingAM and/or PingDS.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, CIAM, and identity federation.
• Experience in IAM analysis, architecture, development, and/or senior operations support.
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or equivalent scripting and development technologies.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and directory services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, or other Ping Identity products.
• Experience in large-scale telecommunications or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience with ITIL-based operations and production support.
• Ping Identity certifications.
• German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
