Short description

We are looking for a Senior SailPoint IAM Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and enterprise identity lifecycle management.

The role focuses on analysing, designing, configuring, and optimising identity governance processes, including access provisioning, identity lifecycle workflows, access certifications, role management, and integrations with enterprise applications.

You will work closely with IAM architects, security specialists, application owners, business stakeholders, and operations teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable identity governance solutions throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

Job description

• Analyze requirements for identity governance and administration solutions.
• Design and configure SailPoint-based identity lifecycle processes.
• Implement joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, roles, and policies.
• Develop and maintain integrations with HR systems, directories, applications, and IAM platforms.
• Configure identity aggregation, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes.
• Support role-based access control and access governance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Support deployments, testing, upgrades, and operational handover.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and operations.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Experience configuring access certifications, approval workflows, roles, and policies.
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, databases, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SailPoint integrations and custom connectors.
• Good understanding of IAM, access management, and information security.
• Experience with Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or Atlas.
• Experience in large-scale telecommunications or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud IAM and hybrid identity architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
• SailPoint certifications.
• German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
