Short description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Data Architect / Data Management Consultant to support an international client in an enterprise Microsoft environment.

The role focuses on business and data analysis, Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration, identity and access management, IT security, and service documentation within a managed services environment.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service management specialists to analyse requirements, support CRM processes, maintain documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise applications and services.

German is the mandatory working language for all project communication and documentation.

Job description

• Analyse business and technical requirements within an enterprise IT environment.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics CRM processes, module administration, and configuration.
• Contribute to CRM concession management (CRM-Konzessionsmanagement).
• Analyse and document data structures, integrations, and data management processes.
• Support identity and access management, including IDM groups and user access provisioning.
• Analyse and document IT security requirements and access-related processes.
• Work with Azure DevOps and Jira for ticket management, issue tracking, and coordination.
• Support integration activities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including DCP Client integration.
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical and service documentation.
• Cooperate with IT operations and managed services teams on application support and service improvements.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams in German.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Architect, Data Management Consultant, or in a comparable enterprise IT consulting role.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable Microsoft CRM environments.
• Knowledge of data management, system integrations, and enterprise application processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
• Understanding of identity and access management, user provisioning, and permission management.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and service documentation.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments and managed services.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote international team.
• German language proficiency suitable for professional communication, meetings, and documentation – mandatory.
• Ability to cooperate on a freelance/B2B basis with active business registration.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM administration.
• Experience with CRM concession management (Konzessionsmanagement).
• Experience with DCP Client integration.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft cloud environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and application lifecycle management.
